I have tried using DDR 3 boards with LGA 775 CPU and had very little success. You should try playing with fsb multiplier first. Then when you hit the wall, bump the voltage by the most min increment allowed by the board. Boot then n see what happens.

Before doing any of this you may want to run the ram at stock speeds, and not have it linked to the CPU clock speeds.

how do i do that mate?

In the bios

You will see an option similar to this
Link memory [disable]

Or you will see an option that shows you the speed of ram like
[1333]
[1600]
[auto]

Select auto

Are you under M.I.T option of the bios ? It's there half way thru the screen.

If you post a picture of the bios , It will be easier to help.

Ok, I looked at the pictures. Seems like you may need to up the CPU voltage a bit in small increments. Also I am not so sure if memory would work at 1.6V
Try upping that to factory spec 1.65V
See here under details for stock volts
