zowie ec and AM give weird results @ 500hz when using mouserate.exe , DA BE + spawn instead show a constant 499hz while doing small circular motions, how about evo ? did they fix this flaw too ?

Yes it was on the hayate, the exact same mousepad I used to do the zowie am review. I wouldn't worry about the mousehz usually its just because your motherboard won't show the correct hz

I prefer the cm storm spawn and zowie ec2 evo because I like easy to click buttons and the zowie am is very hard for my fingers.
However both the zowie am and zowie ec2 evo have a much better feedback in terms of feel and sound.
