I have a tube res and it's harder to drain it because there's no space to put something under it.

I placed a valve on my lower GPU as a plug. That allows me to attach a tube to it whenever I need to drain the system and its worked out really well:

I have an additional tube ended with a fillport fitting, you can see it connected to the bottom outlet of the black bitspower fitting.

Also on the reservoir I can unscrew one cap so that water can flow quicker.

Your design should work just fine.

I used a Koolance QDC from my bay res/pump into my first rad upper left. When I want to drain I just disconnect this and plug another female QDC into that now free tube and put it in a bucket or sink. Saves having the extra tube hanging out in the case and I don't have to worry about a valve and plug to prevent potential leaks.
