That Zalman won't even fit on 95% of mITX boards.

The best would be to get an AXP-140 and run it fanless.

I'm pretty sure I'm going with the ASRock Z77E-ITX, thoughts?

Yeah. Go buy your CPU and board from the nearest MicroCenter. They'll knock $50 off the board if you buy it with any compatible processor. And they have some ridiculous deals on processors.
