Hard to say, I don't know that there has been any extensive testing.

The Swiftech block should be good, but restrictive (per usual). And by Swiftech block I mean the EVGA Hydro Copper block.

I personally use an EK block, and am plenty happy with it. But everyone loves to hate EK, so ymmv.

There's been a lot of community criticism about their customer service, particularly revolving around the nickel plating scandal (big thread in the water cooling forum if you want to read it.)

I can't say I have a personal beef with them, but I do wish their blocks weren't so tedious to install.

The swiftech blocks I've owned were a breeze to install, and the manuals weren't in broken English, but what can you do? EK makes a handsome product, no denying that.
