Voltmodding my GTS 250 1GB

Okay, so I have my :

BFG Geforce GTS 250 1GB OC (BFGGTS2501024OCE)

And I'd like to voltmod it. I need some higher clocks, so in short I need to know how to do the pencil mod for this GPU. Mainly for the GPU Core, but also memory.

Any help?
(Someone's pic, but of the exact same card as mine.)
