What is a EVGA Superclocked?

I'm buying a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 580 1.5GB 16X PCIe Video Card and I have the option between EVGA Superclocked and Major Brand Powered by NVIDIA , which should I take , this is for gaming?

eVGA Super Clocked means it just has a factory OC. It's a waste of money as the normal version of the same card can easily OC the same amount no problem.

It just basically means it was factory overclocked and will run at those speeds with no issues. Thanks
