Intel 3960x air cooling advice

Hello I currently have a p43 and am about to upgrade my entire system to X79 however I cannot find an air cooler for a 3960x that is effective but does not cover any ram slots so if anybody has some useful advice please tell me

Check out the evga superclock and the nzxt havik 140 or 120. there all good price and great performance.

However they cover the ram slots i think and the evga super clock is not lga 2011 compatibile but thx

Not all of them are lga2011 compatible and i heard that some of the h100 leaked and all quite problem matic and do you know if the true 120 black is x socket compatible

Corsair leaks are rare and they will replace any hardware damaged by a leak. I'd definitely recommend the H80 as thats what I use on my 3960X...

Probably because he doesn't want a huge, ugly hunk of metal blocking all of his quad channel ram slots...

Doesnt the Phantom have a rear 120mm exhaust fan. You just mount the radiator there...
