how far are you from Boston? i think there is a microcenter there.

Microcenter is your best bet for keeping it under $700. They have great 2500k + motherboard combos for cheap. It's going to be tough keeping it under $700 though.

If you plan to build a no descrete gpu system intel isnt even able to touch amd old apu and with amd trinity coming up things will only look worst on gaming side.for those naysayer ,remember this amd is building gpu processor (viaopencl)and intel just saw in january amd long term plan and sadly intel wont be able to counter amd if opencl get more support.this is why intel is pushing with all its might to make sure opencl gpu processor doesnt get widely supported if it became the norm in w8 intel would be in real trouble vs amd .so far people dont know gpu processor style of doing like arcsoft and winzip.but sadly amd doesnt plan to stay quiet so unless intel can ouperform gpu processor in the apu(highly doubfull)amd pretty much won via opencl gpu processor.haha got to give credit to amd asking ati for help was brilliant
