Yamakasi Catleap

Thread Starter
Thinking about buying one of these amazing monitors, but I have a couple questions:

1) Will this work with my gtx480? (its not in the list of supported vid cards, but id assume my 480 is powerful enough)
2) Which ebay seller should I buy from? (bigclothcraft?)
3) Is it worth it to buy a Perfect Pixel screen?

thanks

you should have asked in the Yamakasi Catleap Owners Club thread.

But, i'll answer your question, as long as your GPU has a DVI-D plug it will work, as for the pixel perfect option well, to each his own, mine arrived and it has no dead pixels, ordered from TA_Planet, I just asked him to check the unit he's sending me before he shipped it and he did. Honest Guy, kudos to him.

1.) It will work, but depending on the game you play it might or might not be powerful enough. Probably have to play BF3 on mediumish settings, but you could play a little older game like Dirt 2 just fine.

2.) Anyone that looks reputable really. Make sure they have lots of good feedback and are a major store, not just a guy with 100 sales.

3.) If you care that much about your pixels. They usually don't have many dead if any at all with the non pixel perfect version, so I'm not sure if the perfect pixel one will help too much. I would not.
