Which SSD for SB850

I recently installed a Corsair Performance Pro 3 on my home computer. A few days later my boss and I are working on a project at my place and she was impressed with my new STD (her words).

Now she wants one.

Her computer is a x6 AMD with SB850 (SATA 3).

Whats the best price/performance SSD that wont get held back by SB850 but does well with incompressible data?

Did you ever pick one out? I have the same SB, and am looking at an intel SSD (kind of backwards, but they are cheap lol)

I went with the M4. If I'm missing out, its just on a few MB /s. What you really notice are the access times compared to conventional HDD, any SSD will do. So it doesn't matter.

Good to know thumb.gif I hear all these horror stories about how they don't work and updating firmware...it makes me nervous lol. I found a Samsung 830 on craigslist brand new for $60 but texted the guy too late lol.
