should the fan blow air inside or outside?

Hi everyone.

I have an old gf 2 mx400 with a small heatsink and fan. I cleaned the fan cause it was stucked.

Should I install the fan in a way that it will suck air inside to the gpu, or should I do the opposite and install it as a blowing fan that will blow the hot air OUT of the gpu?

And by the way, the sticker indicates the 'intake' side right? I mean where the sticker is facing is where the air is going in to.

It should be blowing to the heatsink.
