http://www.microcenter.com/single_product_results.phtml?product_id=0376493

if u have a microcenter around u , n will like to get a 3930k build, here u go.
$100 cheaper than newegg.

if u don't have a microcenter around u , n will still want to build one.
check Tiger direct.
tiger had $40 Mail in rebate.

i finally decide to have a 3930k build instead of ivy .

good luck guys

Awesome CPU for a good price. thumb.gif

Good for people looking to go X79 and are wondering if they should drop the cash for a 3930K.

well.. i was thinking of getting the Ivy bridge.
but since the IVY bridge can't deal with the heat n oc well. than i see no point of getting it.
also , i sold my sandy bridge build to a friend. so i need a new build now.
and besides ivy, i am already bored with the sandy bidge. so, sandy bridge-E is my only choice now.

..... If you live 2 hours or more away like me, after gas + time +taxes, its not gonna be that much lower than amazon(zero tax+ zero shipping and not spending expensive gas). if i did drive to one i would end up saving about 35usd and lose 4 and a half hours of my time.

Then you get charged with $30 bucks in taxes and having to deal with a MIR, or you can go with Amazon and pay $600 tax free with 2 day shipping for free as a prime member.
