[WPC] Nokia Lumia 900 trounces dual-core HTC One X in HTML5 Speed Reading - Page 2

How fast can your browser speed read?
FPS: 60
Using: Mobile Safari 7534.48.3 (iOS 5.1)
Total Billboard Draws: 202
Average Draw Duration: 09ms

Those are the results for my 4S so I'm guessing this benchmark was not designed to be biased towards Windows phones.

So, a browser benchmark sponsored by Microsoft is won by WP7 handsets. Real neat.

I dont mind explaining actually.

1. Most of the internet is not In html5

2. Android users, unlike wp users, are not stuck with the stock browser. Try that with a half decent android browser like dolphin. Not to mention chrome when it arrives

I am using Chrome. biggrin.gif

It's just that people think Android is lagging when - as you said - different options exist for browsers on the platform which renders the problem moot. Kauke just spams tons of WP7-related news it's getting a bit annoying.
