Or for future reference you can make a bootable flash drive that goes to DOS. Then you can flash your bios the absolute safest way (lol Windows utilities and I wouldn't run any manufacturer's proprietary thing when it's so simple to do in pure DOS). Also you can slap on other great DOS utilities like Seatools (for hard drive scan) and memtest86+.

MSI has a great guide how to do it (except obviously you don't need the MSI bios files in step 1)
