Sorry I didn't understand that part:

Thanks very much you were very clear this is an excellent point that the ROCCAT Savu have a felling of click almost identical to the G400 which is a reference in quality click thanks to its sheel switches that communicates well with the electronics microswithes.
So if I understand the click of Sayu are much more solid and pleasant to use than the G400 Deathadder ! rolleyes.gif
By cons I am afraid that his sense of feedback is less important than knowing the activation distance of his clicks is less important than the G400. tongue.gif
Of the click-feedback is very important I feel like we really feel activation plays without it being too hard and unpleasant to the touch for example I don't like the feedback from Razer that I find too light and flimsy : we feel just the feeling of activation of the cliques.
Be careful not to confuse the feedback (cliques felt during and after activation) with the distance of cliques ! wink.gif
You can have a mouse with a very short distance of cliques and feedback to the positive feel that is very intense and noticeable without being too rigid and hard at the touch.
I hope you understand me because it's a bit hard to explain. biggrin.gif

No, you're right on that matter.

Buttons of the Savu have a very springy feel, they get back to position almost instantly once you leave them, and they don't bounce back or make any other movement.

They are very tactile and solid, they don't feel mushy or loose (or, as you say, light and flimsy), so you know how many times you've clicked by feel, without them being too hard or having a long distance.

Also, it clicks without any "loose" distance. So the button doesn't move before clicking. If it moves, it clicks. If it clicks, it is because it moved. So it is very tactile.

Oh i'm sorry too it's the perfectible translation of google translate tongue.gif

To summarize I wanted you to say I'm a little afraid that feedback (tactile sensation of going back activation of cliques) of the Roccat Savu is worse than the G400 because of his race cliques activation is shorter.

anyone know of any deals on one of these for a US shop or are they still pretty much full retail?

Hello all,

So after keeping this mouse for 3 to 4 days, and after i played for some time with it i have to say, i began to have some pain on my hand. Starting to think it's not mouse fault but mine... (hand defective? :S)
I loved his mouse clicks, the mouse wheel as DerMS said it's a little bit stiff, but nice to handle, it's very light and also the side buttons are nice.
Didn't like the 1000Mhz polling rate so installed the software and change it to 500Mhz... (can't understand why mice companies do this way... i know it gives the user a more smooth experience, but i consider it more unstable... ofc it's my noob experience talking and someone with more knowledge than me can give more specifical info).
My problem with this mouse\shape, i can't palm it 100%, my palm doesn't rest on it so it becomes to give me some pain after a while, my hand have to do "a shell form". (when i start gaming i can palm it, but on the middle of gaming somehow i tend to try to hold it tighter and have to do the shell), also think this mouse could be recommended for finger grip or for people who have small hands (and i consider i have small\medium hands)....
I think if this mouse would be a little bigger in lenght or it it's a little bit tall, it would be perfect...

Sorry for my long text but i feel frustrated tongue.gif:rolleyes:

Back for DABE...

Anyone else's savu skip on the QCK + or Heavy? Have mine set at 400dpi 500hz, and I start aiming at ceilings or floors if i move it too fast on those pads, Its fine on Hayate or Zowie GR-F both black pads.
Yep, mine does that on the QCK too.

Maybe there is a Roccat lift of distance option in driver if so set it higher ,maybe it solves problem just a guess.

So this sensor is near to perfection? After buying so much mices im almost scared to buy a mouse without sensor problems or wheel problems.
Its hard to find decent mouse that not break in any form or has a good sensor for long time.

Lo pruik6,

Well from what i've tested (for a short period), it's a great mouse. A very nice sensor, nice mouse buttons, very tactile, very responsive, the only problem for me was the size\type of grip.
The LOD i don't think it's that high(maybe the same as DABE??), but there was something i didn't like, (well don't see anyone complains so i guess my mouse was some kind of faulty), it was the mouse cable rubbing against the mouse mat. I don't use any kind of mouse bungee so first i thought it was the mouse feet that was too thin and the belly was dragging around like DA, but after paying more attention i saw that the dragging was coming from the top of the mouse, then realized it was the mouse cable scratching against the mousepad.
Also for some reason, maybe because of it's rougher sides i started to sweat a lot more... and it became a liitle unpleasant to use... but overall it's a good mouse smile.gif
I think it's too early to see any problems with it (double clicks, mouse wheel etc) but i know what you mean... i already spent a lot of money on these little "suckers" and still looking for the perfect one for me smile.gif (well i think DABE it's the #2...trying to find #1 )
Sorry for the long post...

It could be that the cable scratches and then the sound is transported into the mouse shell. At least this happens with my DA 3500.
