Good to hear. This mouse seems to track better at 400/800 than my other mice, at least on my surface. I may test it on my Hayate later on. The more I use this, I think if you can used to the shape, the construction and performance is really nice. Hopefully it gets more exposure as I think it's a good alternative to the G400/DA with good quality hardware.

Maybe someone with more knowledge can pop up an official review thread ala the Zowie AM, DA:BE, and others?

I hope it gets more success so other companies follow suit. Roccat did pretty well with this one.

Agree. If it had a shape that suited me better and an alternative to the sandpaper sides, than this would have been my mouse.

there is always hope that roccat would use that platform in a different shape - one day, maybe . who knows :x

I wouldn't mind the sandpaper sides personally, but if it they were too extreme, I wouldn't hesitate to break out something like my dremel to sand the down wink.gif

the sandpaperish sides actually awesome if you tend to sweat, but they can be hated if you dont like holding something that feels untatural compered to the nice coating on the top (same as Deathadder 3500 in my opinion just that in that case the top plastic are junk)
but overall its just matter of getting used thumb.gif

Yup. I strongly prefered the rough shell on the G9x over the rubber coated one. I can't see how there could be 'too much' grip.

After trying the savu, it is currently the best implemented 3090 on the market right now. It is practically the new intelli with the zero angle snapping. There are some minor flaws but damn it feels so nice.
