According to this youtube test video; http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BEOLK5LIGng, the Roccat Savu suffers from jitter at the two higher DPI levels; 1600 and 4000. I will not browse through the entire thread right now but i want to ask you, has any Savu user had trouble with jitter at 1600 dpi?

Since I don't feel like repeating myself:

Shape is subjective but I noticed a lot of people don't care for it. Myself included, but I'm not the best candidate for RH egro. As for performance, I ran into lower tracking speeds on Goliathus speed, but it won't effect you unless you're using an arm based low sens play style.

At 1600DPI, even in the worst pad combination, jitter is not a lot. On many, jitter is not noticeable.

Btw 1600dpi on this mouse is actually around 1500dpi so if you use this site to calculate sens. enter 1500, it will be more accurate.

There is only a very small amount of jitter @1600dpi on QcK Heavy. Only noticeable in paint and not in games. I'd say only slightly more jitter than Zowie AM and EC2 evo @ 1150dpi

Its a kick ass mouse thumb.gif

Thats unfortunate for me. 1600 would have been 1000 dpi with windows 7/20 alternative (0.625), with 1500 the closest to what i want would be 937,5 dpi which is about ~40 dpi too low for me. How is it that its closer to 1500 and not 1600? Is this fully confirmed btw?

Please don't tell me you're serious...

On another note, no mouse will ever be exact 1:1 ratio of claimed DPI. Too many possible variances with hardware tolerance. IE: His mouse can be different from the next guy.

The ROM itself is likely a close estimate on it's own.
