Oh please, Apple is not the evil fire breathing dragon that is stealing children from their homes at night that everyone makes them out to be.

Im not sure if this legitimate or not but saying they deserve this because they are the devil incarnate is just rubbish.

They make products, people buy them and they then sue other people making such products to try and insulate their market niche and further inflate their already inflated stock prices.

Its what every company does, get over it.

Nothing personal, its just business and business is war.

At any given moment I think most of the top corps have several lawsuits against them for something. Probably going to take some years to settle it up if it is valid.

Shouldn't Apple actually have some sort of patent on this idea already? If so how do duplicate patents get entered into the system?

Pretty sure Apple needs to go on a buying spree and buy every patent that they may need for their devices.. Might be cheaper than long drawn out court wars, or maybe not lol

Honestly, I don't know how they can even patent a certain 'swipe' or any other 'gesture' of the such. Just seems ridiculous.
