I have some green fans for airflow but they are 1000rpm fans with no audiable sound. The case is so black through the grills that the green barely pops. It is a great case that I recommend.
When it comes to stealth/quiet stuff, aim for:
1. Black case with black inside
2. low rpm fans (1000rpm or less)
3. Sound dampening material if in the budget.
Hope I helped!
Just bought the Silencio 550 Which I think fits #1,2, and 3

As for silent cooling I would recommend that you should go for water cooling. If you want to go extreme than go for dry ice or liquid nitrogen (if you have the licence to buy some)
Thanks. I think I'm okay with Air cooling at this point but I've always been curious about it just never leaped into it.
