I believe it to be true because, if you have the steam version of Batman: AC, there was a patch about 2 months specifically addressing multiple GPU scaling for both AMD and nvidia. Obviously they're using a different version here - and GFWL auto updates it, so does steam. Their version didn't? HM!!! After this patch I remember both CF 7970 and SLI 680 get near 90-100% scaling between 1 and 2 GPU's, I tested both.

I can't prove this obviously, but this is another hit in addition to the other stuff Vega mentioned.

I don't doubt what you say. I downloaded AC through a download service that came with my SSD. I wonder if I can activate that serial number on steam. If I can that would be awesome because that download service sucked.

I'm suprised, With the 680 pulling ahead against 1 vs 1 setup I though I had wasted my money, however when I get another 7970 I'll be ahead of the game! Good to know. If the drivers will just work.... lol

Looks like 2 GPU's is the sweet spot. I think nearly every game dropped performance beyond 2 gpu's LOL
