Waiting on more videos and screens.
That is how modern game marketing goes.
They don't really want you too get any idea about the game, just a lot flashy thing everywhere.
Maybe inspired by the success of transformers...

I see lightning , bloom and bokeh covering up for lacking in details and texture quality , smoke and mirrors ............... nothing else.

Thats just because you're a hater. Born already told you how 2 was superior to 1 with pictures proving it. If you cant see the difference you're either blind or in denial...

Great, another troll in this thread. I don't know what the hell they think Crysis 2 look better than 1. The only good thing about Crysis 2 is the indoor lighting system which is the half of the game take place. Crysis 1 clearly have superior foliage over Crysis 2. When I reached the central park level, I was disappointed at the foliage. I was running DX11 patch and high-res texture. I agree there's lot of bloom and blur effect in Crysis 2.

And you don't know what you're talking about , I've posted pictures proving how inferior Crysis 2 textures are to Crysis 1 and explained how it's covering up it's inadequacy with silly effects , so you're either blind or in denial.
Two can play this game you know ................

We need some developer to bust out on the scene with a PC exclusive game that you can just explore and appreciate all the new full featured DirectX 11 exclusive tech. It's more about the tech then it is art direction for me as a hardware enthusiast. Physics, high definition textures, tessellation, bump-mapping, HDR, HABO all that stuff. This would be a dream come true. What about the new Unreal engine? I think i have more hope for that showing off new tech then Crysis 3. I can't count how many times I have fired up Crysis 1 for a thrill just to walk around the jungle and appreciate the immesive graphics and underlying tech.

Crysis 2 killed the Crysis name for me. Just like Mass Effect 2 and Dragon Age 2.

Pretty much don't care at all about those games since their crappy sequels.

You want Crysis 3 to look good? Oh please do go on...

In terms of textures definition, quality and detail (not shaders) I'm 110% satisfied with what Crysis brought to the table. Specially ground/wood/metal textures. They fell a little short at the, for example, foliage) and some other miscellaneous details. Crysis 3 could improve the shaders and particle effects. I don't know if there's too much to improve on the physics department. Enemies IA must be re programmed.

I don't want to face the same situation, 90% of people faced back in 2007: Don't be able to play a game to the fullest because of how hardware demanding it is. BF 3 was published to be THAT and in the end most people can run it. I don't want that neither (sorry for being selfish to the guys who don't have something like a 590). I want something that will shrink a setup like mine to the limit BUT without over passing it. I don't want to play Crysis 3 at 100 fps like I play BF 3. I want to play it at 40 fps, and NOT because it's horribly optimized but because the graphics are insane.
