I need a HTPC that will playback my Blu-Ray rips without any issues, another requirement is the playback lossless audio through my receiver. Integration with my Harmony One would be nice. What do I need to make this all happen?

You need one that is powerful enough to do all that or just powerful that will do all that?
I believe mine can do all that and this are the specs:
Phenom II x4 960T stock for now
Asus 880 Sata III and USB 3.0
Asus 560 1GB
Asus Xonar DX
Hitachi Desktar 2x2TB 7200rpm
Antec Neo Eco 620w
Samsung 12x Blu-Ray room.
SilverStone GD05B
Patriot 2x4GB DDR3 1600 1.5v
Reason for this specs is because this will be a gaming HTPC at some point and hopefully before hardware gets outdated. I just can't get my wife to game with me due to work

Powerful enough to deal with uncompressed Blu-Rays and that have the ability to bitstream lossless audio to my receiver. I would like to have a nice interface that would work with my Harmony One but that is optional.

Depends on your budget...as far as your Harmony..just pick up a USB IR blaster or a CIR receiver and program the remote (It already has the media center codes)

Sodalinks isnt bad but if you dont plan on gaming going for a llano A8 setup will do all that for sure. An unlocked A8 quadcore at 3Ghz goes for $115-130 depending where you can get it. This is what I will be putting together for my buddy, I might not need to put the video card in since he only wants to play starcraft 2, I hear the A8 i-gpu should do SC2 at OKAY settings and considering he was playing before with WAY crappy onboard gpu the A8 will be an upgrade lol.
Edit: the llano can game too but you can crossfire onboard with the 6670 for a nice little boost in performance, but without the 6670 the onboard igpu is pretty beefy. EASILY handle blueray playback and even some gaming at lower settings. Saw some surprising videos on youtube when I was looking it up.

Why is everybody including a soundcard? He wants to bitstream...that is done through the HDMI cable connected to the receiver. The receiver then processes the sound...

Budget is 500-700 was planning on getting a Mac Mini to do the job but OS X can't bitstream lossless audio. No gaming will be done on this machine it is strictly for video playback.

For you I would go with something similar to what Im building my buddy.
I would probably recommend something like (newegg):
amd a8 3850 2.9Ghz (the 3870 is just an unlocked version) $119.99-combos available
asus F1A75-M pro $104.99
g skill ares 8GB 1866mhz $59.99 (or samsung 8GB no heatsing memory- overclocks to 1866 without trying if you can get it instock)
corsair cx430 psu 430watt $44.99
windows 7 home premium 64bit $99.99
total- $429.95 + case + HDD/SSD
You can save and go with a cheaper mobo and 1600mhz memory but for the small savings I would just stick to something like I recommended. This would be great for what you want. Simple since you dont need a discreate gpu.
