maybe it is unstable core and may need more voltage or temps is getting too high.

are you using stock cpu cooler?
do you know how to raise the voltage a bit manually?

i assume you left it in auto.mine reads, when unlocked,1.35v loaded and goes down to 1.07v no load. what are your temps when loaded?

first, download Linx and do 5 runs with a setting of standard. monitor your temp using HW Monitor. make sure the cpu temp do not go over 62C.

if it fails, then that indicates it needs more vcore or temp is getting too high.

no problem. if you can keep the heat down it should stay stable.

ya, that how it is. as a single core it is pretty fast. but once you open more app/files, then it struggles. that other core really helps if you can make it stable. check the air flow in your case. might be the ambient temp (temp of your room) affecting your system temp. really makes a difference to keep things cool.

good luck!

turn off C1E and Cool & Quiet before messing with voltage and see if it becomes stable.

C1E puts the cpu in a halt state when idle. check your manual, it should be there.

your temp looks good. you said when you open the web it behaves weird - you mean Internet Explorer? how about Chrome or FireFox?
