Your PSU is your powersupply... its the thing you plug into the wall. As they die you start seeing instability like you are seeing because there is to much fluctuation in the 12v/5v rails. As suggested, you might try installing another PSU.

i realy hope its the PSU cause i dont wanna buy a new processor lol
could it be possibel it has something todo with smoke coming out of it like a month ago
i needed an extra Molex-B connector for my floppy the Grafic card already has mine so i used the molex B connector of my AMD Duron pc of my sis
something went wrong and there was a big cloud of smoke came out of the PSU but i never realy had problems with that until now that is
Thank u for ur help i gonna go shopping for a PSU tomorow then

you may just want to invest the money into a good like 500W maybe SLI PSU.... get quailty (they shouldn't be more than $70 or so)

why would i want 500 W i calculated my power usage at a site it sed i used 300W .And if i contineu to use this PSU would i damage my CPU or Mobo ?
and sometimes when i power my PC it starts to beeb and an error message says i did not connect my power connector to the grafic card when i unplug the pc and plug it back in it works again u think that has something todo with that ?

I think its always good to have too much than not enough power. Getting the 500w will give you the option to add more components and not worry about frying the PSU. Regarding your current PSU, I would stop using it, cause if it craps out completely, it might damage other components.

Thank u all Verry Verry much my pc is running at 2.93 GHz again i changed the PSU with The celeron one works like a charm again il give all who helped rep + ^^ realy thank u i cant realy express how i feel it felt realy crappy knowing i was working on a CPU that wasnt realy working the way it was supposed to i feel much better now

its not the stress but the stabability, BSOD are sometimes random, like i might get one for like no reason and it will never appear again with my system running perfect
