Download the link I posted on the first page, extract the folder and run the Bluescreenview.exe program.

Rather than running BSV, please just select all of the crash dump files as instructed above, zip then and then attach here. Blue Screen View won't show us any other details other than the probable cause and the stop code, which in almost all situations is useless unfortunately.

No, like I said, I will need the dump files. Blue Screen View only tells you the probable cause and the process that crashed along with the initial cause. With your issue, it won't tell us anything, as I'd need to see your loaded drivers, etc since it's pointing to a core Microsoft file (aka Windows doesn't know what driver caused, or if it was even a driver).

This is how you do it on Windows 7 without any 3rd party programs.

  • Locate the file or folder that you want to compress.
  • Right-click the file or folder, point to Send to, and then click Compressed (zipped) folder.
  • A new compressed folder is created in the same location. To rename it, right-click the folder, click Rename, and then type the new name.

Once you've done that, attach the zip(s) here.

When you try an zip up the files? You may need to take ownership, but first try copying & pasting to the desktop or dragging it to the desktop. If that does not work, take ownership: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc753659.aspx
