Exactly. It's the kind of bug that happens only from doing something you would never logically do, which is why it's so confusing. Brute force is usually how you beat bad coding (see: Crysis 1), but to do worse with brute force is something that doesn't accidentally happen. Now, it's an unintended side effect, but it's a side effect of something that shouldn't have been done.

And Cryo, in programming, oddities are thrown out due to the number of variables. In Medicine, they're not thrown out to prevent lawsuits.

I lol'd at "Gender Issues". Sounds like somebody's character was struggling with an identity crisis.

Was this sarcasm? They have no phone support and a live chat support for ~ 3 hours on week days... Trying to get ahold of someone at NCSoft is almost impossible. They also take forever to patch major bugs such as clients crashing during large sieges in Aion which took them 6 months to fix after release.

Yeah I'm confused by this as well. Their support for AION sucked.

EDIT: Aside from service: it was reported on my server in AION that a huge guild had hacked the GCD and would just utterly own everyone in the pvp areas. This went on and on until the server went dead. Months later everyone in the guild was banned. However, it didn't matter as no one was left on the server and most of them just quit after the ban.

Never had a problem with them for support with Guild Wars. Actually they've been quite helpful a few times.

You could just make a thread about how they suck here and get your problem fixed.
