It's not a bad brand. I bought mine at Fry's for my last rig and it's held up. They make really good looking monitors. No complaints here, but, ignorantly, I wouldn't expect much from customer support.

My monitor does not have speakers, but it has audio out ports for this very reason, not to mention that HDMI is much smaller and easier to manage.
