I'd just keep the processor if you already have it, unless you can exchange straight across without restocking fees and whatnot.

I'd just get a new mobo if I were you.

Ivy Bridge is definitely not the way to go if you plan on overclocking. Just reading through a few reviews, multiple reports of Ivy Bridge running over 90C and not even running stable over 4.5 GHZ on many chips. So would you rather have a guaranteed stable 4.5GHZ at cool temperatures, or get 5% more performance running at 80C+ on a processor where the hand picked samples are not even hitting 5 GHZ. Plenty of i5 2500ks hit over 5GHZ on a high end air cooler, or decent quality water cooler. If they were both going to be run with no overclock then I still would not recommend Ivy Bridge because it comes at a much larger than 5% price premium. Then the motherboard costs more too.

Also my motherboard has never overheated...... overclocked an i5 2500k to 4.7GHZ on this 80$ motherboard with no heat issues.....

not sure if the ssd you have posted is the Force 3 or Force GT? in either case, M4 for $139! Really solid SSD for the price.

listen guys
about the SSD its an old sata ssd corsair force i had from my computer so its saves me money instead buying new one
i will OC my CPU so after reading the posts here i will not change to ivy bridge/z77
the reason i choosed the P67 motherboard is because 1.i heared its good enough for OC and 2.the PCI slots/mini pci slots are perfect for me and i like the way they are on the MB
so after reading i will not change my MB/CPU i will stick with the I5-2500K/P67A-UD4-B3
and for the RAM the guy who sells me the parts give me good prices! without taxes in our country so its very cheap!but he can only get Corsair/ADATA/Kingston
and corsair seems to be the best quality from those companies
for the PSU the reason i took 760W its cause maybe in the future i will think about SLI and if i do i wont have the buy new PSU and i also get very good cheap price for that PSU

more comments please?if everything good i will order the parts in sunday
