Hey as I said I can only get gigabyte boards so if I change to z77 it will be gigabyte,any recommend model?for the other parts It's same like I wrote just other companies that I cant get ...

Asrocks Z77 have better mosfet cooling for less $$$.

I have a gigabyte motherboard and my temps are in the low 60s. I don't see how a mesely 2C is going to matter.
