560ti if you can afford it and have the PSU for it!

Go with a GTX 460 v2 card. It's also overclocks by another 15-20%, making a great price/performance. This is the card I own.

Would this be a better deal? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130623

this days grab minimal 2 GB vram for your GPU..

the only 'cons' for 560ti is the 1 GB vram...because in some game u cant force x4-x8 MSAA at @ 1080p/1200P @all max setting..

get 560ti 2 GB model...or AMD HD 6950 2 GB ...or u can go for HD 7850(basically is faster that 560ti/6950) ....

, the best i think is wait for GTX 660 series come out ...looks for the real performance and comparison to other card ..

I would say no ... the 448 is a much better card, and it's only a tiny bit more $ when you count the MIR.

It all depends on if you want the better card or care about it being used. The EVGA is a good card but its only a normal 560ti. the used one is a 560ti 448 core which almost as good as the 570. its a much better card. so if you are ok with saving some cash by getting a used one, i say get it. if you are uncomfortable with a used card, the normal 560ti may be your way to go.
