Thread Starter
International

Pros
Dual-core 1.4Ghz Exynos processor (Samsung’s own processor)
No AT&T bloatware
Central physical home button, serves to unlock device too
No contract price is lower than AT&T no contract price

Cons
No support for LTE in the USA
No support for T-Mobile 3G data
No NFC radio

AT&T

Pros
Support in the US, if ever needed
NFC and T-Mobile HSPA+ can fairly easily be enabled
Accessories on the Samsung site are for this model
LTE support, if you have AT&T coverage

Cons of the
No physical hardware button
1.5 GHz Snapdragon dual-core (tested to be slower than Exynos processor)
FM radio removed

If you were in my boat, which one would you go with?

Where do you live? In the US and in an LTE area? Then I would totally go for the AT$T version as I find LTE to be a huge plus. With the N700 it really boils down to you are only getting a faster cpu which shouldn't matter at all unless you like e-peen. With the AT$T one you are getting almost the same performance, a larger modding base, NFC, and LTE.

Go for the LTE note.

AT&T the only real draw back is the buttons, the processor wont matter in anything other than benchmarks and the snapdragon gets a nice performance boost on ICS
