i used the search bar but the other people doubts were too specific for me... now i have read this
and my first question since that as very specific
Quote:
so vtt to 1.25v vdimm to 1.65 and then increase the bclk by 10

right?

is that it ? do i need to change something else

than i told you
Quote:
i tried 163 on BCLK and windows didt start

is that difficult to understand? are those not constructive intelligent questions?

CPU Feature
Intel SpeedStep ( Disabled )
Turbo Mode Function (Disabled )
CxE Function ( Disabled )
Execute Disable Bit ( Disabled )
Virtualization Technology ( Disabled )
Intel HT Technology ( Enabled )
Active Processor Cores ( All )
QPI Control Settings ( Enabled )
QPI Link Fast Mode ( Enabled )
QPI Frequency Selection (AUTO )
Uncore Clock Ratio (AUTO)

Frequency Control
CPU Clock Ratio ( 23X )
CPU Host Frequency (Mhz) ( 175 )
Spread Spectrum ( Disabled )
PCIE Frequency (Mhz) ( 100 )
OC Recovery ( Disabled )
Turbo Performance ( Disabled )

cpu vcore voltage- 1.325v
QPI/VTT voltage- 1.3v

DRAM
set to stock speeds and timings or closest to as possible

Voltage Control
EVGA VDroop Control ( Without VDroop )
CPU PLL ( 1.800V ) or leave Auto
IOH PLL VCore ( 1.500V )
QPI PLL VCore ( 1.100V )
DIMM Voltage stock manufacturer specs
IOH VCore ( 1.100V )
IOH/ICH I/O Voltage ( 1.500V )
ICH VCore ( 1.100V )

should be a quick and dirty way to reach 4ghz but it will require testing and small tweaks to perfect, keep reading guides and learning your bios settings

also make sure to monitor temps with Realtemp/Coretemp and stay at or under 80c max I recommend
for now stay under 1.375-1.4v CPU vcore and 1.35v QPI/VTT

Also keep RAM running as close to manufacturer specs as possible (will help rule out issues with stability)

i didt have 1.3v option at VTT so i tried 1.25 because the next option was 1.5v and 170 on bclk for that reason

windows didt start so i had to remove the mobo's battery to go back to stock settings but know he says i have no system disk ....

most likely the ram speeds are off you sure you had the timings/voltage and multiplier set so the ram would run at or under rated speeds?
