Suggestions for good casual games

Hey everybody! I'll be going on a trip soon for, roughly a month, to a somewhat isolated location and I need suggestions for a few good casual games. I have a few requirements though.

1. Must be able to play the game offline.
2. I would prefer a game that is quick to get into and would occupy at most 1 or 2 hours of my time a day. So nothing very long/immersive like Skyrim.

Steam games are alright if I can play them in offline mode. I'm Looking forward to your suggestions. You can list any game that you enjoyed that fits the description and I'll check it out. Thanks!

Any of the Sam and Max games could do the trick. Tales of Monkey Island, or Back to the Future could work as well.

Ok, I've watched a few clips of Sam and Max game play and it seems interesting. The only thing I'm hesitant about is the seemingly limited click to move/examine type game play. The dialogue and story seem pretty funny though so I might enjoy it for that. I was actually thinking about getting The Walking Dead which is another Tell Tale game, but the game play style doesn't seem very fun to me. Thanks for the suggestions though, I might pick one of these up if I don't find anything more interesting.

How about Trine, or Super Meat Boy?

They are a couple side scrollers with a lot more action. Super Meat Boy isn't exactly casual, but it's also not hard to put down after an hour.

Edit: How could I forget to mention Rocket Knight! I forgot it is available on Steam.
