In my school most laptop are Linux or some variant of that. Then all our upper division computer science course use Linux, but even then then is much more Window than Mac.

So basicly apple is retarded?(security wise)
I find it funny all the people here think if Macs start getting viruses people will stop buying them thus the end of Apples reign ...
They forget people are already dumb enough to buy them now. Its more than likely never going to change I don't see any Mac users coming to Windows any time soon ..

Because as apple gain market share, people will start targeting it.
Actually some already have.

Are you somehow referring to yourself in that post? You're calling a user-base with a higher average intelligence and wealth the dumb one? I don't think you realize how many people use Windows. Most of us in the scientific community use Macs because our UNIX apps work natively on them.

Get out of your cave. Your statement target everyone who owns a mac that think they are cool. I don't think it's cool but I get load of money. What about you?

Maybe I should write a virus for Macs and have it continuously pop up unclosable message boxes with huge font...
Your Mac has no virus protection. Go Windows and save money!!

One can dream right?
