ITs literally worse than running smp this work unit. What a joke stanford. Also cheers, I just noticed the deadline 2 days 9 hours, and ETA 2 days 18 hours. No way am I gonna make up that time, I assume you need 6 core 3930K at least to finish these in time?

yup...sure running smp are more preferable rather than continue with p8101..some 2P amd/intel system reported they also cannot meet the preferred deadline..some of them change to run SMP on their rig..

Looks like it's time to pull the i7s back to SMP then.

This is the new bigadv. 6901, 03, and 04 are coming to an end.

If you want to continue doing bigadv you'll need a system like mine (see sig).

Umm if you can't finish WUs in bigadv before their deadline then the solution is not to delete those WUs when you come across them, it's to stop folding bigadv. The problem here is not with the WU or Stanford or anything like that, the problem is trying to run WUs that your hardware is not capable of, so you have no legitimate reason to be deleting WUs.

I sent PM to zodac bring up the point of i7s not being able to complete bigadv anymore and how that'll affect the TC, but until any changes are made, remember that not screwing up Stanford's research is much more important than your performance in the TC.
