Nope,

EVGA has a good policy there. Even taking off off your default HSF and replacing with water block for WC EVGA doesn't void your warranty. You just have to put it back to factory state ( eg, take waterblock off and oem cooler back on ) to get warranty if you do have issues. So feel free to replace the TIM without issues.

ya its been going on since late feb or early march....its always been this price

not hating at all though...two of these will smoke majority of games at 1080p...and nvidia SLI driver support is really good...so it's going to be hard to find a game that doesn't support SLI
