Questions about (future) set-up

Hi, im new to all this tec stuff and watercooling, but i want a more silent computer and want to do some overclocking too. This is gonna be a very exspensive computer, so im gonna have to save alot of money before i buy it, but its good to be prepared, so i dont do anything stupid.

I was thinking about buying these parts:
Asus P5W64-WS PRO (support up to 550FSB with no mods)
C2D E6600 (with a good stepping)
4gb ddr2 800 ram
Geforce 8800gtx (when it arrives)
OCZ 700w psu (4x12v 18amp x4)

The cooling im gonna use is:
2xWaterChill Xternal (1for cpu, the other for chipset+gpu), gonna swith the standard fans with SilenX 120mm iXtrema PRO (90CFM)
and a Swiftech MCW5002-775T peltier block(226w).

And now the questions:
1. Will the waterchill Xternal manage to remove the heat from the peltier?
2. Will the Psu manage to run the peltier?
3. What kind of temps will i probably get? (gonna try and get at 4ghz 24/7)
4. Can i "link" the watersystem, so i can watercool cpu/mosfet with one, and gpu/north/south bridge with the other, or will the water be to hot after cooling the peltier/cpu?

Im gonna have some 120mm fans in the tower to get some airflow to the ram etc. Im sure a bigger peltier is better(hard get get hold of here), but aslong as i can get a good overclock and a pretty cold cpu im happy.

Btw, excuse my english, im a norwegian ffs

I doubt the PSU will be able to power all of the system + a pelt. That would just be too much of a power draw i think. Though im not positive.

As for all the watercooling, im confused about what your trying to do. Link them together? 2 of them? Why not just build 1 big one with 2 rads?

Well my watercooling plan is to use watercooler 1 on the cpu and mosfet, and watercooler 2 with the gpu and north/south bridge.

Because if i only use 1 watercooler with cpu/gpu/mosfet/NB/SB then the water will be very hot when it arrives to the last block(i think). I guess the peltier heats up the watertemp a bit.

Actually think that the PSU can handle it, its 72amp`s total on the 12v, and the peltier use 25 and the gpu use between 20-30 i guess, the waterchill xternal use about 12w, some rumors that the geforce 8 card will use external power.

Hopefully the watercooler can remove enough watt, so the water doesnt get hotter and hotter.
Could as you say build the watercooling with parts, but im sticking with a kit.

Well, the G80s will have pretty high power draw, so you might want to look into getting a secondary PSU for either your pelt/WC setup or just your graphics card.

Oh and the total load on the rails more than likely is not 72a, the 18a on each rail is the MAX load that rail can provide, IIRC. That PSU probably gives a total of 60A, but don't trust my word, I'm not too experienced with this. Just going by other posts I've read.

In case you didn't know, peltiers needs to be cooled on the other side.
It doesn't magically absorb the heat.

yeah, i know, the watercooling will actually cool the pelt and not the cpu.
my actual question is, will the waterchill xtrenal do the job on the pelt?, and how hot will the water be after it has "passed" the pelt?, if its too hot, ill have to send it back, coolint other parts with hot water isnt good i guess

OT: hei hei
