The most common issue with Dell PC's is that you would need to custom wire the power/LED header to match the ones on the case.

Anything that minnus listed would be fine.

I personally like the APEX DM-387 I worked with the mITX version and it was fine for my needs. Fit pretty much the same stuff you're putting in.

I will double check the case later today to see what kind of wire is it from mobo to case but if i am getting a new case, the wires shouldnt matter? Unless the pins on the mobo is something different to begin with?

thanks for the reply. I am looking for the ones that lay flat down so i can put my monitor on top. biggrin.gif this will increase the height too since im about 6'3

hi there, after few busy weeks, I am ready to make a purchase

this case's price is definitely good. How are your experience with it?
People say the psu dies within a year or so...

387 is deeper than the 381.
The 381 has firewire on the front and I don't think the 387 does.
The 387 looks better. tongue.gif

It was easy to build in. Then again I am used to mITX builds so I am not sure how someone else might feel about it. Very barebones.

I wouldn't know about the psu because I haven't had it for a year. Flex ATX PSUs are generally cheap so a replacement is easy.

Do this then, start saving a dime a day in a jar. If the PSU breaks down in a year you'll have $36.50 to replace it. tongue.gif
