Is there a guide for overclocking the 560 Ti 448? What kinds of speeds should I expect to be able to attain? What software should I use? Is the ASUS DirectCU cooler good enough for high clocks, or should I invest in an aftermarket cooler?

All in all great cooler for the money and has always worked reliably. Excellent for a backup cooling system or for low-cost budget computers, while still being able to overclock.

I guess it's just like the regular 560 Ti.
Download MSI Afterburner/MSI Kombuster (Kombuster comes with afterburner)
Install them both, go in to the settings on Afterburner and select enable voltage monitoring/changing etc.
Then slowly start to increase your core clock by 5-10MHz at a time while running MSI Kombuster.
Once it starts getting unstable bump up the voltage by 25 - 50mv at a time.
This is how I achieved my overclock.
I should imagine you would be able to achieve up to/around 850/900MHz. They're very good overclockers, much like it's little brother.
EDIT:
The Direct CU cooler should be more than capable, just make sure to watch the temps, I'm comfortable with mine hitting 85*c - 90*c, even though it never gets near that. the absolute max on mine is 104*c, though yours might be 94*c.
Good luck!

Start reading in here. You will want to use MSI Afterburner for the actual overclocking and OCCT GPU test with error checking and Unigine Heaven to test stability. That cooler is excellent, and you should be able to get somewhere between 800-900MHz out of it with the max voltage allowed in MSI AB.
