For a liquid cooled pc case similar in theory to this?

I work in a cnc machine shop and was wanting something custom and unique.

Pretty much eliminate the res and rad.

very interesting.. but my concerning is upgradable limits or require to order the very specific parts if Component or motherboard failure. .
