It helps a lot, IF the employees are actually educated about the products they are supporting, and any return and warranty policies. Unfortunately, too often it just ends up being another clueless person who just happens to have less of an accent.

I have recently had a similar experience with ASUS and I have come to expect it from them now days. It wasn't until I reached a guy named Dwaine in level 2 tech support before my problems got addressed. Awesome job on his part too!

I have seen countless stories and bad reviews on newegg ect about Asus dishonest RMA policys never did I think a Co. that is so highly respected would act this way. However I must eat my words and thoughts . This is the way they work I sent my Maximus V Extrene Motherboard in for repairs because it just quit after about over a year of so so working have had trouble with PCI slots not being stable but have always started working after reseat ov CPU or refeshing OS but it fianally failed . Well Asus was sent a statement from alocal retailler that they had checked out CPU socket and it was good so they came back with traces scratched and it would cost $270.00 + shipping. Seems like they should be more honest and say there is no real warranty yhat they make the best componets and if there is a problem it is our fault not them. The sad thing is they do make a fantastic product so Iguess we should bend over and take up the***

Time for the BBB, California state attorney general, social media, really bad review on NewEgg, and credit card chargeback.

I'm guessing inadequate repair by Asus when the first RMA was done.

BBB is quite enept and big companies like Asus could care less,The repair is being done in Indiana and I`m in Texas so I think I would try TX. attorney general already slamming them on Newegg and several fourms and will not quit Have also quit using thier products totally when building rigs for others and I build one to five a month using ASRock now and the customer support is much better 20140327_180018.jpg 3140k .jpg file
