Right now I am running two cheap rosewill fans pushing. Coolermaster Blade master and thermaltake pulling. I am looking at ultra kaze or slipstream are these good fans

The Ultra Kaze are pretty low quality from my experience. The slipstreams are pretty average, though I'm not really a fan of them. If you're looking for something similar to the Ultra Kaze, I strongly recommend San Ace H1011's, they're excellent radiator fans that are still tolerably loud, at least IMO. If you're looking for a 25mm thick fan, Scythe's Gentle Typhoons are popular, or if you're looking for something more budget-oriented, Yate Loon fans aren't bad.
