Help with my build - Ivy bridge

Hi, can anybody help with my upcoming build? I was somehow persuaded by my parents to lower my budget, so I have gone back to my original budget of $2000 AUD.

375

(open the image in another window or tab to see it better and zoom in)

The 2500k is used here as a reference for the price of the 3570K. The price is $2,420, which is way over what I want it to be. I wanted a mechanical keyboard, preferably with backlighting, (blue please), so if the Blackwidow Ultimate can be replaced, then I'll be happy for a cheaper Mechanical keyboard. The mouse, I chose it because of its looks, but any other good mouse which lights up blue? I might just go for the Deathadder v2 or something.

I want this build for mainly gaming, to complete school homework tasks such as text documents and some 3D sketchup modeling, and to be able to get a good overclock that can make me put off upgrading for the next couple of years.

What do people think of the Radeon HD 7870? I want to be able to play BF3, MW3, MW2, Team fortress 2, and other games on steam clearly with a smooth framerate and at med-high settings at 1920x1080p, on the 24" monitor. I can always have Crossfire/SLI as an upgrade option down the road, which is why I also chose the 850W PSU.

Im a little stuck on what to change and what to delete, and I'm looking to order next week when Ivy Bridge does become avaliable here in AUS.

Thanks.

The ASRock Extreme4 Gen3 Z77 Board will be just as good, so get that and save $120. I'd just get the OEM W7 Home Premium. All that equal $370 savings, which will put you closer to your budget. Also, unless you plan to OC higher than 4.5 GHz, which I do not recommend, get the Hyper 212 EVO.

I need retail Win7 for another pc. And I don't really trust AsRock anymore from past RMA experiences. Any other Ideas?

razer keyboard for 150? Sure it has good switches, but all the other mechanical keyboards have better build quality.
PSU is twice what it should be, get a well reviewed 450-500w model.
good air CPU cooler will perform better than that
drop by the mouse forum here for help with that component.
