You could check if the SSD is aligned.
Download AS SSD Benchmark, unzip and run it.
Select your SSD and in the top left corner you should see some info for it (firmware version, driver used, alignment, size).
If the text is green your drive is aligned, if red your drive needs alignment.
Just saw in the start of the thread that your drive is aligned.

So what should I do now? I updated all the intel and bios and what not.If I can't get the performance out of it, I will return it. That is why I'm trying to figure this out as fast as possible!

I see we have similar boards, how fast is yours' running?

Your Corsair Force GT is sata3 I assume.
The intel ports are sata2, limited to 300/300 R/W. No idea why you can't max the ports.
You could always try loading the marvel drivers and moving your ssd back to the marvell sata ports.
You should then get sata3 speeds. If you are satisfied with the performance then keep it there.
The marvell isn't considered high performance in regards with the intel due to maybe immature drivers (don't know if they support trim yet) and I think it is connected to the MB with only one pci express lane limiting its bandwidth.
For best performance you would need a newer intel chipset mb with native sata3 support.

My single 30G Vertex does 224/153 R/W max in atto.
My two 120G Vertex in raid0 do 550/413 max in atto.

That is correct as why I have such terrable speeds.

THIS SUCKS HUGE!

Thanks for the help.

Options as of now:

1. Get rid of drive

2. Run Marvell chipset and get roughly 280-300 MB/sec transfer rate. The con would have the anoying BIOS tell me AHCI is not installed.

3. Run Intel chipset and get roughly 230 MB/sec transfer rate.

4. Get a new 1366 motherboard that can support a faster transfer speed (I can't find one that is Intel >_<. What board does support Intel?)

I'm riding this board out since my next upgrade would be a six core processor.

You should get higher than 300mb/s speeds from the marvell from what I saw in benchmarks at other sites. Just not the full potential of the drive.

You want native sata3 intel support for best performance, I think it came from 1155 socket and later so no 1366 board exists.

Well how do I go about getting it to go faster? How fast can it go? If it can do 400 I would be happy.

Latest Marvell drivers from http://www.touslesdrivers.com.
Install, put SSD on marvell port and run AS SSD bench to check if it uses the mv91xx driver.
