QFT i had this happen to me with a stick of DDR

i would start up the computer, let it idle for a few mins (it wouldnt POST) then would restart and then it would fir up. after a while, it would never POST no matter how long i left it. took the bad stick out and it was fine.

Thread Starter
Mine posts fine, I just leave it at the OS select menu with 2 other dead end options to warm up.

I have this exact same problem but it's not the RAM, it's the motherboard. After I've switched my PC off I have to turn it off after getting past POST or else the PC will go into a blue screen loop. I have tested all of my sticks individually and they are fine, and the board works fine with two sticks but when I put in four it starts experiencing problems.

Yeah the best thing you can do is RMA it. The heat gun/Oven trick might work, but usually the healing effects of that are temporary.
