Hello,

How do i see this? I read on internet that i should only press right click on GPU-Z running and click on Asic, but when i click right click, nothing happens rolleyes.gif

I am using ATI 7970 and GPU-Z 0.6.0.

Also, what this number means exactly?

Thank you:thumb:

It is supposed to represent how much the GPU leaks.

That's an arbitrary number so it doesn't mean anything. It is just a comparison measure in % and rumours say, higher the value is, lower the leak thus lower voltage required. Basically it could be compared to the VID, telling you how good the GPU is. Though I don't know how the reading is done and I have no idea it is based on what. Higher than 85% is quite good from what I've read, so I wouldn't worry about anything and just forget this ASIC reading...

Yup Just a nickname was right, btw if you (TS) read other thread there is also a thread discussing this stuff and someone has said that he has 2 cards with ASIC of 85% and 60% but the card with 62% ASIC runs more cooler than other the card with 85% ASIC and they both overclocked at the same level smile.gif
