looks amazing - love the green and black theme with the Sniper. I imagine the shipping for the MDPC will take a while to get to NZ though :0 Waiting in anticipation as this is a very sleek looking build wink.gif

Yessss.perfect timing as I am about to do almost exactly the same build smile.gif

CPU : 2600k proven to be good for 5Ghz + on a noctua C14
MOBO : Undecided
Ram : 16gb G.skill ripjaws but want to upgrade to 32gb as I do heavy VMware work
GFX : Upgrading from a 6950 to a GTX680
CASE : TJ08-E
PSU : Corsair ZX850W
SSD: Intel 510 - 120Gb but might up this to a 256Gb Crucial M4 or something
HDD : 3Tb and then as many others as I can reasonably fit

What made you choose the Gigabyte board?
I am really on the fence here with the current m-atx boards and am leaning towards the ASRock Z77 Extreme4-M as it's only $129 and seems to deliver a hell of a lot of features for the price. The $40-50 price jump to the Fatal1ty and Gigabyte doesn't appear to be worth all that much on paper at least.
Then there is the ASUS Maximus V Gene which is awesome but really costly frown.gif

Do you think you could expand a little on how the finished loop will look and all the fittings you wil lend up using.
Then I can buy the correct number of right angle fittings etc smile.gif

How much tubing do you think you will need for the CPU + GPU loop?

Is that Koolance DDC Pump the best way to go or should I look at something else?
Or even a pump/res combo in the 5.25" bay? Something like - http://bit.ly/IHSBxx but that seems pretty costly

Do you think the 180 and 120 rads will be enough?
Are you planning on overclocking much?

Really looking forward to the rest of the build! It couldn't of come at a better time smile.gif
Love the look of it and the photos are great. Thanks

Hey man, reason I chose the gigabyte was because NZ has such a small market and really only had 3 decent boards to choose from. asus Z77m pro, g1 sniper and the Gene, The Gene was simply too expensive, so I chose the gigabyte as its got everything i may need and looks good tongue.gif

With the fittings I think ill use a total of maybe 3 90 angle fittings. currently have 1 off the pump will have one coming off the GPU leading to the 120 and maybe the 3rd on the CPU going to the 120 also. Am waiting on some 45 degree fittings to arrive. so will plan it out a bit better then and take some photos

For me the Koolance was the way to go as its a pump I already had so didnt have to spend more money on a new pump. Decided against a bay res and I will be using the 5.25 bays for DVD drive and my 1tb.

Im thinking the 180 + 120 will be plenty the new 7970s and 680s are very cool on air so under water shouldnt be a issue at all. In terms of overclocking Ill likely just do a mild OC on the CPU 4.5ish never really need any extra juice but we'll see.

Thanks
