Second person would be watching yourself shoot the other person(s) in the room from their 1st person perspective. Or do whatever.
1st person: Protagonist
2nd person: Antagonist/victim
3rd person: Observer.
By definition a third person camera could also be centered on anyone who isn't actively involved in the storyline. If someone were to want to change camera angles as a gimmick second person wouldn't be viable, but changing it to an actual third person, someone who walks, runs or just watches the main character from a vantage point and has to do things like catch up, duck behind cover, wipe the sweat from their eyes, etc... Could be worked out for certain types of games. Probably not a shooter though, unless it was even slower than the current pace of the market big names.
