svchost messing with my emotions...

So, I've been trying to stabilize a nice 4.5 overclock for everyday use and noticed something odd. One of my cores, and it changes between resets so I know it's not a bad core, is going A LOT slower than the rest in completing the work during prime 95. For example, this current test I'm doing now, the others finish 7 tests in the time this one gets the first done. I started looking into what processes are running in task manager and realized that one or two of my svchost fluctuate running with 18-22% of CPU usage.

My question is, is this normal? Should I just disregard the slower core and as long as it doesn't fail, the test is fine?

I can't tell what they're used for because they all are described the same, just with different number codes after svchost. I know enough to not turn them off while Prime is running, don't want to turn anything vital off at that time.
